I provide program management and coordination for NC Cooperative Extension's Local Food Program to build capacity for local food systems across the state. Some of my main tasks include: resource development, maintaining the local food website, administering an online food system course, co-chairing the Local Food Program Team, and delivering other training and curriculum.
