Spring 2022 NCACES Events

May 5, 2022 |12 noon – 2 p.m. NCACES Spring Networking Luncheon at the NC State Beef Education Unit on Lake Wheeler Road in Raleigh (3720 Lake Wheeler Road).
From 12 noon – 2 p.m., we will host a networking event for members of the association with lunch included (Moe’s will be catering). Please register for this event by May 2, 2022 so we can plan to provide enough food for everyone.
This event is free to paid members. If you are not sure if your membership is current, please contact Matt Poore or Lee Menius, or indicate that you are not sure on the registration form.

May 20, 2022 | 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. Mark your calendar for the NCACES Spring Awards Meeting, which will be held via Zoom. The program planning committee has arranged for Dr. Mike Yoder to give a talk on disaster preparedness and Dr. Mike Martin will be talking about the current High Path Avian Influenza outbreak. The awards program will follow. Be on the lookout for a calendar invite with Zoom information.

The nomination process for awards is now open. Please view the nomination information and consider yourself or colleagues for these awards. The award categories are as follows:- Outstanding work in supporting county programs
- Outstanding subject matter program developed by an individual
- Outstanding subject matter program developed by a specialist team
