NCACES Extension Education Awards recognize members of the North Carolina Association of Cooperative Extension Specialists who develop and deliver outstanding Extension Education Programs.

Specific program components may include staff development activities, demonstrations, tours, displays, videos, software programs, special publications, or other innovative delivery. The Awards Committee is selected by the NCACES Board of Directors.
There are 3 awards:
1) Outstanding Work in support of County Programs
2) Outstanding Subject Matter Program (developed by an individual)
3) Outstanding Subject Matter Program (developed by a specialist team)
Nominators do not have to be NCACES members but nominees do have to be members of NCACES to be eligible. If necessary, nominees may join as members after award notification if they are not members pre-award.
NCACES is open to Extension program and staff development professionals including Specialists, Faculty, Associates, Program Coordinators, and Area Specialized Agents.
We accept nominations from agents and specialists. All nominees must be members of NCACES. If you are nominating someone, please make sure they pay their $15 annual dues to Gary Bullen, Treasurer.
