NCACES Spring Meeting Friday, May 3

NC Association of Cooperative Extension Specialists (NCACES) will host its spring business session on Friday, May 3, 2019. NCACES is open to Extension program and staff development professionals including Specialists, Faculty, Associates, Program Coordinators, and Area Specialized Agents.

Dr. Rich Bananno and Dr. Claudette Smith will be in attendance and providing some administrative updates. Also, we will also recognize NC Extension colleagues during our award ceremony to highlight the outstanding work and contributions they have made in their field. We will also showcase some Extension programming initiatives on the campus of N.C. A&T State University. Agenda

The session will be held on the campus of N.C. A&T State University. We will be meeting at C. H. Moore Agricultural Research Facility (in Room A-16) which is located on 400 N. Beech St.

State vehicles (yellow license plates) can park in parking lot without a parking pass. If you are driving your personal vehicles, we advise that you take advantage of the free, “on-street” adjacent to the building.

Please reach out to your colleagues to encourage their attendance to this meeting. There will be time to network with your colleagues and friends on May 3, beginning at 9 a.m. The formal meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m.

We are asking for folks to RSVP in advance which will help us to prepare. Please RSVP online. You can also indicate on the form whether or not you are interested in carpooling. 

Please know that NCACES is accepting new members! Annual dues are $20.
