Description: It is the quality of relationship and cooperation between the staff (and/or faculty) of an organization that determine the success of the goals. With N.C. Cooperative Extension network, we have a tremendous opportunity to work collaboratively to create programming, provide educational materials, and build a community of scholarship around common issues.

NC ACES invites all Extension program and staff development professionals to join the next webinar/virtual meeting session on February 1 to hear from colleagues in Extension who are collaborating together to deliver a quality program to the public. We will also have two guest speakers from our respective Office of Contracts and Grant who will provide a perspective on the institutional role in the collaborate process.

We will delve into why collaboration in our workplace is essential, key benefits, and what you need to know to potential obstacles.
